My hotel booking with agoda was confirmed. However, when I arrived at the hotel for check in, the hotel staff told me that they did not receive any reservation under my name. When I showed them my agoda booking confirmation ID, they told me that they cannot accept online booking on public holiday (3rd Oct) and they did not receive any information from agoda regarding my booking. They said the price offered by agoda was much lower than their hotel price and they refuse to accept my check in. They told me to contact agoda for a refund. When I asked the hotel staff to produce a written confirmation to prove that there was no reservation made under my name, the hotel staff refused to do it. I ended up having to pay a walk in price of CNY400 for this hotel. I feel cheated and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Near the subway station - 7 to 10 minutes walking distance. Many buses nearby. Near the major tourist attractions - Kuanzhai Alley, Chunxi Road, and Wuhouci.... Lots of local food outlets around too. And there's a large Carrefour supermarket just across the road, making grocery shopping very convenient.
My family and I put up a night here between tours and it was good for a night's rest. A little bump when checking-in as the staffs couldn't really speak English but we managed to get through it anyway.
Lots of good restaurants close to the hotel. Subway station Loamashi is about 10 minutes walk from the hotel.
