우리의 숙박은 최고 수준의 시설, impeccable 청결 및 환상적인 위치로 뛰어났습니다. 직원들은 친절했고, 하우스키핑이 훌륭했습니다. 온수에 문제는 없었고, 교통 옵션도 편리했습니다. 전반적으로 훌륭한 경험이었습니다.
상하이에 처음 방문했는데 우리의 숙박은 훌륭했습니다. 저를 괴롭힌 한 가지는 와이파이였습니다. 하지만 그 외에는 모든 것이 최고였고, 프론트 직원이 영어를 할 수 있어서 많은 도움이 되었습니다.
I had high expectations for Banyan Tree, but unfortunately, my experience fell a little short. The overall stay was good, but some details were disappointing. For instance, in the restaurant where I had breakfast, there were visible water stains on the tables from cups and bottles. It seemed like these should have been wiped more carefully. In the room, the decorative pebbles meant to cover the drain were so few (only two or three) that they actually made the drain stand out rather than conceal it. It felt a bit thoughtless in terms of design. Other aspects, such as the staff’s attitude, the general service, bedding quality, and the view, were all quite good. However, given the reputation and pricing of Banyan Tree, I expected a more refined and impeccable experience. Unfortunately, it didn’t fully meet my expectations. I still enjoyed my stay, but I can’t help feeling that I may have expected too much.
경치는 경이로웠습니다. 직원은 도움이 되고 세심했습니다. 호텔 위치는 독점적이었지만 자전거를 타고 가기에는 몇몇 관광지에서 멀었습니다. 호텔과 방은 믿을 수 없을 만큼 깨끗했습니다. 하나 아쉬운 점은 침대가 저에게 너무 부드러워서 휴식 후에 허리가 아팠습니다. 전반적으로 추천할 만합니다.
