호텔의 위치는 매우 좋은 곳에 있습니다. 주요 관광지와 쇼핑 지역에서 몇 정거장 떨어져 있는 기차역 바로 옆에 위치해 있으며, 호텔 주변에는 슈퍼마켓과 식당이 몇 군데 있습니다. 또한 왕푸징까지는 도보로 이동 가능합니다. 컨시어지, 프론트 데스크, 벨보이 직원들이 친절하며 항상 도움을 준비하고 있습니다. 4박 동안 우리는 몇 가지 요청을 했고, 그들은 최선을 다해 도와주고 수용해주었습니다. 마지막으로, 청소 직원은 정말 세심하고 항상 우리가 방으로 돌아오기 전에 방이 깨끗해졌는지 확인해주었습니다. 대개 화장품을 세면대 근처에 두고 나가곤 했지만, 호텔에 돌아왔을 때 그녀가 화장품을 깔끔하게 정리해 놓았고, 물이 흘러내리는 것을 방지하기 위해 제품 밑에 천 한 장을 깔아둔 것을 보고 기분이 좋았습니다. 또한 TV 콘솔 테이블에 공간이 부족한 것을 확인하고, 그녀가 TV를 더 뒤로 옮겨 우리의 물건을 놓을 공간을 더 만들어 주었습니다. 유일하게 부족했던 점은 오래된 가구와 메인 문에 소프트 클로징 기구가 없었다는 것입니다. 문을 닫을 때마다 뒤에서 쿵하고 닫혔고, 다른 방에서도 마찬가지였습니다. 그들이 방을 나갈 때도 우리는 우리 방에서 커다란 문 소리가 들렸습니다. 호텔은 아마도 방의 방음 장치를 개선해야 할 것입니다. 전반적으로 여기에서 제공되는 서비스에 매우 만족합니다.
우리는 베이징의 리젠트 호텔에서 5박을 했습니다. 짧은 기간이기 때문에 여행 시간을 줄이기 위해 좋은 위치의 호텔이 필요했습니다. 이 호텔은 베이징의 중심부에 위치해 있으며, 많은 관광지와 후퉁 근처에 있습니다. 현지 기차나 택시를 이용하는 것은 매우 편리합니다. 이곳 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 됩니다. 우리는 5일 동안 호텔 조식을 이용했으며 그것도 훌륭했습니다. 방은 넓고 깨끗합니다.
For those who need summary: *I have already paid for the early check-in and late check-out option for my trip via Agoda.* However I had trouble both of the times with the early check-in and late check-out. They insisted I should pay for early check in (even if I already have), and I had to argue with them for another 40 min and then they finally let me in, but said that “they were giving me benefit” (which is ridiculous because I was just getting the benefit that I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR). On the check-out day, when going out for lunch at about regular check-out time, I asked the staff about my “late” check-out time (which is an option that I have also ALREADY PAID FOR), they never told me to reset my keys, and blamed me for not knowing it when they didn’t tell me anything. Details: I went to Beijing to on travel with my mom and she gets tired very easily (health issue). Thus, to be ready for/aware of the available early check-in time in advance, I have sent an email about a few days before, asking from what time I can check in, but they were saying I can check in from 9am but I have to pay additional fee for the early check in. I replied twice, saying that I have already paid for that option, providing my Agoda reservation number for them to check my options, but they were just saying the same thing again and again. So I thought I would just take care of this at site, just to find out that the staffs were not aware this situation. I showed them my reservation options, but never understood the situation (Even the staff member who could speak good English couldn’t communicate with me fully). Ultimately, they let me in saying that it was some benefit given my them, which I can’t understand because this is something that I have paid for. On the check out day, because I already had trouble checking in early, I knew the late check-out might also be troublesome. At the “regular checkout time,” when going out for lunch, I went down to the lobby, asked the staff (it was the same staff who dealt my situation on the check in day), what time is the late checkout time. She said what time I want to, so I said about 3-4pm, because we had to leave at about 3 to catch our flight back home. She said the late checkout time is usually 2-3pm, but she said she will “help up” by just letting us check out at 3pm. So I said thank you, called Didi taxi, waited in the lobby for about 3 minutes, then went out. My mom and I had lunch, came back, we were very tired, we only had about 20 min to rest until the check out time, so we hurried our way back to our room, only to find out that our keys couldn’t be used to open our room. I was so upset, went downstairs and talked to the managers, but even the senior manager seemed to not understand the situation. They said we had to update the keys for late check-out, but NO ONE let us know about that. However, the senior manage did try to say sorry and make things out. But some things that she said were nonsense to me. She said 1) the staff who notified me about check-out time said that she had no time to inform me about updating the keys because I went out immediately -> which is a LIE because I was there at the lobby for about 3 min waiting for the taxi. If she forgot to do so when I was talking with her, she definitely had time to tell me about that 2) The senior manager was saying that, “if you couldn’t get into the room, you could have just asked the janitor on that floor to open the door for you.” Seriously, how will the janitor know if that is our room or not? To me, that sounded liked some stranger could get into other people’s room which could lead to bigger problems. However, she did say sorry about this many times and tried to help me until I checked out and left for the airport. (But she also did seem to not understand what I was saying 100 percent) The problem here I think is, 1) a global 5 star brand hotel not having any staffs that can fluently speak English 2) not being aware of the options th
위치: 많은 쇼핑몰과 여러 식당 근처에 있는 왕푸징 보행가에서 5분 거리입니다. 천안문, 자금성, 신년전, 베이하이와 같은 많은 관광 명소까지 10/15분입니다. 서비스: 컨시어지, 리셉션, 레스토랑 및 체육관 직원 모두 고객 중심의 일관된 서비스 제공. 편의시설: 5개의 러닝머신과 체중 기구가 있는 대형 체육관 온수 실내 수영장 잘 관리된 시설 레스토랑에서 훌륭한 아침식사 제공 객실: 구식 럭셔리를 갖춘 객실로 현대화하려는 몇 가지 시도가 있었음. 수명을 다한 나무 패널에 약간의 긁힘이 있어 보수 필요. 도로를 바라보는 객실은 소음이 더 큼(차 경적 소리 매우 잘 들림). 정원을 바라보는 객실로 이동해야 했음. 3박 동안 머물렀고 전반적으로 매우 긍정적인 경험이었음. 가격이 조금 비쌌지만 제 생각에는 꽤 좋은 가치임.
방이 넓고 매우 편안한 침대가 있습니다. 요청 시 다양한 종류의 베개가 제공됩니다. 호텔 직원의 서비스가 신속하고 전문적입니다. 방은 매우 깨끗합니다.
